Former Wal-Mart Exec Coughlin May Get Jail

The Eighth Circuit's U.S. Court of Appeals has ruled that Tom Coughlin, former vice chairman at Wal-Mart Stores, received too light a penalty for his felony fraud conviction and needs to be re-sentenced.
