Franchise Group and Sycamore Partners offer takeover bids for Kohl's

Franchise Group, the parent company of Vitamin Shoppe, and Sycamore Partners have offered separate bids to acquire Kohl's. Other companies have expressed interest in Kohl's, but it is not known if they have submitted binding bids at this point.
