Fred Fanzia, the man behind 'Two Buck Chuck' has died

Bronco Wine Company has announced the death of Fred Fanzia, the man behind Trader Joe's Charles Shaw (AKA "Two Buck Chuck") and other value-priced wines. Mr. Franzia was once asked how his company's wines could be sold for less than water. He replied, "They’re overcharging for the water — don’t you get it?"
