Fresh & Easy Acquires Suppliers

Tesco's Fresh & Easy grocery chain has acquired two companies, 2 Sisters Food Group and Wild Rocket Foods, that it brought to the U.S. to be its primary suppliers of meat, fish and produce in the U.S.
