FTC to Hold Hearings on Whole Foods/Wild Oats Merger

The U.S. Federal Trade Commission intends to hold full administrative hearings on the merger between Whole Foods and Wild Oats. Lawyers for Whole Foods will meet with the commission next week to schedule dates for the hearings.
