Gap inc. shakes up its management ranks

Gap and Banana Republic are about to get new leaders as Art Peck prepares to take over as CEO of Gap Inc. in February. Jeff Kirwan will become the new global president of Gap next month while Andi Owen takes the same job at Banana Republic beginning on Jan. 5.
