Germany: Workers strike two Amazon DCs threatening Christmas deliveries

Workers in Leipzig and Werne, Germany represented by the ver.di labor union walked out this morning in an action timed to jeopardize holiday deliveries. The workers are demanding better working conditions and higher pay, claiming they make less than comparable retail and mail-order employees.
