Ghost kitchens face uncertain future

Ghost kitchens have helped filled a need for restaurants that lost most if not all of their sit-down business for periods of time since the novel coronavirus pandemic hit the U.S. As the popularity of these dark preparation facilities has grown, however, it has also diluted the market and raised questions about the concept's long-term viability.
