Giant Eagle deploys IoT temperature tracking for food fresh

The Giant Eagle grocery chain has deployed 32,000 remote digital temperature tracking devices in its chillers and refrigerators to keep food fresh and maintain quality. The chain operates 457 food and convenience stores in Indiana, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.
