GNC to close up to 1,200 stores

GNC is looking to restructure $750 million of debt as it has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and announced plans to close between 800 and 1,200 stores. The vitamin and supplement retailer has said it expects to complete the restructuring or complete a sale of the company by the fall.
