Guest contributorAccording to the Web site, Wal-Mart plans to slash prices on consumer electronics, DVDs, toys and home products. It listed a number of deals that it says Wal-Mart will offer, including an HP notebook computer for $398 and a 12-cup coffeemaker for $4.24.
