Gourmet Grocer to Open on State Street

The gourmet grocer, Fox & Obel, is opening its second store on the site of the former Carson Pirie Scott & Co. flagship store. Fox & Obel will occupy 25,000 square feet on two floors. It joins the Flat Top Grill and the Australian apparel retailer Billabong International as the first tenants in the building now known as the Sullivan Center.
