Government can't make employers include HIV prevention drugs in insurance

A federal judge has ruled that the government can not require employers to include insurance coverage for drugs that prevent the transmission of HIV. Judge Reed O'Connor said that the requirement was unconstitutional and violated the religious rights of employers.
