Grocers and Governor Disagree on Answer to Meth Problem

The Oregon Grocery Association objects to Gov. Ted Kulongoski’s plan to require customers to show identification when buying over-the-counter cold medicines. The governor is looking for the program to help curtail the production of methamphetamine in the state.
