Grocery Manufacturers Sue EPA Over Ethanol Decision

The Grocery Manufacturers Association along with the American Petroleum Institute, the American Meat Institute and the Snack Food Association have filed a suit challenging the Environmental Protection Agency's decision to allow more corn-based ethanol in gasoline. The groups claim the decision will adversely affect the supply chain and drive up food costs for consumers.
