Guitar Center Sued Over Alleged Defamation

A Fredericksburg, Va. musical instruments retailer, Apple Music, is suing the national chain, Guitar Center, for defamation. Apple Music claims employees at the local Guitar Center told customers the independent was no longer an authorized Fender dealer.
