H&M seeks old clothes to recycle

Fast fashion chains are not normally associated with waste reduction or seen as particularly friendly to the environment. Even so, H&M is offering a 30 percent discount on new clothes purchases when shoppers bring in old clothes as part of a World Recycle Week promotion.
