H-E-B Expanding in Mexico and Texas Home

The Houston Chronicle says H-E-B will open five new stores in Mexico despite having to deal with truck trailers being hijacked, security issues in store parking lots and a devalued peso. The grocer also plans to open or expand 22 new locations in Texas while remodeling 33 others.
