Hakon to Take Back Control of ICA

As part of Royal Ahold NV's long-term plans to reverse its acquisition momentum, the Netherlands-based company and owner of Stop & Shop in the U.S. will divest of its 60 percent stake in Sweden's largest food retailer, ICA.
