Halliburton Holds Food Service Bill

Vice President Dick Cheney’s former company, Halliburton, is embroiled in another controversy surrounding its performance in Iraq. The company announced it would hold up billing for food services to troops until it can get a handle on a subcontractor’s accounting practices.
