Happy Meals May Face Class-Action Challenge

The Center for Science in the Public Interest is seeking class action status for a suit it has filed in San Francisco Superior Court against McDonald's on behalf of lead plaintiff Monica Parham, a mother of two who said the company "uses toys as bait to induce her kids to clamor to go to McDonald's."
