Hasbro To Sell eOne Film and TV Unit to Lionsgate for $500 Million

Hasbro has announced the sale of its eOne film and TV studio to Lionsgate Entertainment for approximately $500 million. The deal, which includes a library of 6,500 titles, aims to help Hasbro focus on more profitable brands.
