Helen Walton's Shares to Serve Charities

Helen Walton's passing won't mean that there will be a massive number of Wal-Mart shares for sale. The Walton family has said the 8.1 percent that belonged to Mrs. Walton will be disposed of over a number of years to support charitable programs she championed.
