Here's the Situation: Jersey Shore Star Sues A&F

Last summer, Abercrombie & Fitch offered to pay Jersey Shore star Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino if he would stop wearing the company's clothing. Evidently the diss didn't go over too well with the reality TV star as he is now suing A&F for trademark infringement for t-shirts with slogans such as "The Fitchuation" on them.
