Hershey's expands its snack presence with pretzel company acquisitions

Hershey Co. has struck deals to acquire Dot’s Homestyle Pretzels and Pretzels Inc. for a combined $1.2 billion. The move follows previous acquisitions by the company for SkinnyPop popcorn and Pirate’s Booty cheese puffs.
