Home Depot and Lowe's Settle Suit

More than 2 million consumers incorrectly charged interest when it should have been deferred are eligible for $5 rebates from Home Depot and Lowe's as part of legal settlement in a class action case brought against the DIY chains and Monogram Credit Card Bank of Georgia.
