Home Depot ups sales and earnings forecast

Home Deport is raising its full year sales forecast to around 3.4 percent, above the 1.4 percent gain expected by analysts. The retailer expects earnings per share in the mid-single digits, compared to its previous guidance of a low-single digit improvement.
