Home prices rise at more than double wage growth

According to Standard & Poor's index, home prices spiked 6.2 percent over last year brought on by reduced inventory and other factors. The pace of the home pricing rise is at more than double that of wage growth, however, but low mortgage rates are still keeping homes affordable for many.
