Hourly Workers Get Bonus From Wal-Mart

Wal-Mart has hande out bonuses to the tune of $529.8 million to hourly workers at its Wal-Mart and Sam's Club stores. The company plans begin offering bonuses on a quarterly rather than annual basis.
