Howard Schultz's public image has taken a hit over his union stance

Former Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz has seen his image in some quarters go from an empathetic business leader who looks after workers to someone who turns a deaf ear to the legitimate concerns of employees and then is willing to go to illegal lengths to prevent them from forming unions.
