The availability of IBM’s Watson artificial intelligence within Apple’s iOS business apps is being seen as an evolutionary step for mobile enterprise services. Says Mahmoud Naghshineh, general manager, Apple partnership, IBM: “Cognitive insights are at the fingertips of professionals.
