Impossible Foods follows fake beef and chicken with pork alternative

Impossible Foods' latest product, Impossible Pork, is now on sale at over 100 restaurants in Hong Kong. The brand plans to expand distribution to Singapore before the end of 2021. Impossible Foods’ CEO Pat Brown said the company's pursuit of a vegetarian alternative to pork was a no brainer considering pork is "the single most popular source of meat globally."
