Interstate Bakeries Looks to Ward Off Takeover Attempt

Interstate Bakeries, the maker of Wonder Bread and Twinkies, has filed a reorganization plan in an apparent attempt to prevent a takeover by Yucaipa Cos and the U.S. arm of Grupo Bimbo.
