Investor Wants McD's to Sell Real Estate

William Ackman, managing partner of Pershing Square Capital Management LP, will make a presentation next week to support his firm's position that McDonald's should sell real estate assets to drive up the price of the company's stock. Pershing Square owns less than five percent of McDonald's shares.
