J.C. Penney moves out of its HQ building

J.C. Penney has closed its corporate headquarters in Plano, TX, as part of a plan to reduce costs. Most of the department store retailer's headquarters employees have been working from home since the pandemic hit earlier this year. Where the chain expects to relocate has not yet been announced.
