J.C. Penney Names Chief Technology Officer

The department store chain has announced that Kristen Blum will become its new chief technology officer, effective Jan. 23. Ms. Blum brings with her more than 25 years of experience at companies including PepsiCo, Abercrombie & Fitch and Apple.
