Jack in the Box Introduces Big Smashed Jack, Plus a 74 Cent Burger Deal

February 23, 2025

Jack in the Box is celebrating its 74th anniversary by releasing two delectable treats for its long-time customers.

Verdict Foods reports that Jack in the Box has introduced the Big Smashed Jack as an improvement on its current Smashed Jack burger.

The business said in a statement that the new product, which has nearly three times as much meat as a top competitor’s burger, offers a bigger and better experience. The Big Smashed Jack is served on a triple brioche bun with two quarter-pound smashed patties, American cheese, fresh toppings, and a unique sauce.

January 2024 saw the release of the first Smashed Jack.

Additionally, Jack in the Box is launching several limited-time promotions.

The $5 Big Deal Breakfast Meal includes three French toast sticks with syrup, a crispy hash brown, and a classic ham, bacon, or sausage Breakfast Jack. The Oreo Mint Shake, the new Oreo Mint Mocha Sweet Cream Iced Coffee, and the Mint Twisted Soda are all part of Jack’s Lucky Mint Trio — one of which fans can get for free with any $5 or greater purchase between March 14 and 17 for St. Patrick’s Day.

Customers can also try the new Sauced & Loaded Waffle Fries, which are topped with cheddar cheese and nacho cheese sauce and then drenched with buttermilk ranch and crumbled bacon.

And finally, the classic Jumbo Jack will be available for just 74 cents as part of the chain’s 74th Anniversary Deal through Feb. 23.

Jack in the Box Expanded Its Menu Last Month

These limited-time offers are just the latest menu expansions to Jack in the Box’s menu. Last month, the well-known fast-food restaurant released two new iterations of a beloved dish.

After several tests in select markets, Jack in the Box has added two brand-new Jack Wraps to its menus. The new Chicken Fajita Jack Wrap is now available and comes with chipotle ranch, caramelized onions, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, and all-white meat chicken strips. The second new variety is the Chicken Caesar Jack Wrap, which has Caesar dressing in place of the lettuce, tomato, and chicken strips in the Fajita Wrap. The chicken strips can be grilled or fried for both wraps.
