Japanese Firm Sells Seiyu Shares to Wal-Mart

Wal-Mart is acquiring Sumitomo Corp.'s 6.37 percent share of the Seiyu chain. Wal-Mart, which owns 50.9 percent of Seiyu, is looking to purchase all outstanding shares.
