Judge Finalizes Penalties for Ralphs

U.S. District Court Judge Percy Anderson called Ralphs' actions during the 2003/04 Southern California lockout and strike "surprising, disturbing and disappointing." He then ordered the company to pay a $20 million fine and $50 million in restitution for its actions.
