Judge Issues Order on Penney Sales of Martha Merchandise

Justice Richard Andrias of Manhattan has blocked J.C. Penney from selling Martha Stewart merchandise under the JCP Everyday label while Macy's appeals an earlier ruling allowing its rival to sell the line.
