Judge Tosses Suit Against Consumer Reports

A lawsuit brought by Sharper Image alleging Consumer Reports published false articles about tthe Ionic Breeze Quadra Silent Air Purifier has been thrown out of court because the judge in the case said the retailer failed to show the statements made by the magazine were false.
