KFC Debuts ‘Finger-Lickin’ Good’ Holiday Candle Scents

Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) has collaborated with Homesick Candles to create two “finger-lickin’ good” holiday candle scents and a car air freshener.

The collaboration includes three distinct items tailored to the chicken lover in your life. The first is a chicken-scented candle. The second is a buttery biscuit version, and the third is a car air freshener that smells like the popular fast-food product.

The candles retail for $34.95 apiece, and the air freshener costs $12. The products are available while supplies last on the retailer’s website and at KFCShop.

The Bucket of Chicken Candle’s scent is a blend of herbs and spices including chicken, browned flour, peppercorn, celery, oregano, sage, and garlic. Buttery Biscuit smells like golden honey, flour, caramel, margarine, salt, buttermilk, and toasted vanilla. The car air freshener uses essential oils to create the familiar KFC chicken smell.

In April 2024, KFC debuted its first fragrance offering. Called No 11 Eau de BBQ, the cologne has the scents of the restaurant. Hypebeast discussed the collaboration at the time, which celebrated its new Ultimate BBQ Burger menu item. The scent, which has since sold out, had notes of smoky wood and charcoal.

In 2018, the company partnered with Enviro-Log to introduce its KFC 11 Herbs & Spices Firelog. In 2021, the item was released again with an enhanced extra-crispy scent.

Other Ways KFC Plans To Make the Holiday Special

For the holiday season, KFC is introducing a new Festive Feast. This meal includes six pieces of fried chicken, six of KFC’s Original Recipe Tenders, two large sides, and three sauces of the customer’s choice, all for $25.99.

For members of KFC’s loyalty program, KFC Rewards, the fast-food giant also announced a series of limited-time holiday deals. For Friendsgiving and available from Nov. 21-27, get a free large side of choice with a $5+ purchase.

On Black Friday, Nov. 29, customers can get 50% off the company’s Famous Bowl Combo. Also, KFC Rewards members will have the exclusive opportunity to purchase the KFC x Homesick Candles at a 10% discount.
