KFC Drops Super Bowl Collab With Mike’s Hot Honey

KFC has embarked on a mouthwatering collaboration with Mike’s Hot Honey, bringing sweet heat to the fast-food favorite just in time for Super Bowl Sunday. Whether you’re rooting for the Philadelphia Eagles or Kansas City Chiefs in the big game, this meal will unite even the staunchest of Super Bowl enemies.

According to a press release, KFC has teamed up with Mike’s Hot Honey for a limited time to create an unforgettable new flavor profile. Beginning on Super Bowl Sunday, this tasty collaboration is available only via DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub. One day later, the new creation will be available at KFC restaurants and via KFC’s app.

The new menu item will be ready to chow down in two $7 box meal deals. These boxes include a Three-Piece Original Recipe Tenders meal and a Two-Piece Fried Chicken meal.

The Three-Piece box includes tenders drizzled with Mike’s Hot Honey, plus the choice of one individual side and a buttery biscuit. The Two-Piece Fried Chicken meal is also drizzled with the sweet-heat sauce and includes a side and biscuit.

Along with KFC’s exciting new $7 Super Bowl box, the fast-food restaurant also has customers covered if they want to feed a crowd on Super Bowl Sunday. Introducing KFC’s $25 Fan Favorite’s Box that offers something for everyone.

The box includes four pieces of chicken on the bone drizzled in Mike’s Hot Honey, a 12-piece of KFC’s 100% white meat nuggets, Secret Recipe Fries, four biscuits, and the choice of four sauces, including Mike’s Hot Honey.

Catherine Tan-Gillespie, chief marketing officer and development officer at KFC U.S., stated in the press release, “Combining KFC’s flavorful fried chicken with the bold, sweet heat of Mike’s Hot Honey just makes sense. Crispy, juicy, salty, spicy, sweet — it’s food alchemy that’s meant to be! These new meal deals are so irresistibly finger lickin’ good, you’ll wonder how you ever lived without them.”

Customers can try a drizzle of Mike’s Hot Honey on all of KFC’s nuggets, tenders, and sandwiches while supplies last. The Super Bowl delivery preview is only available on the day of the big game.
