Kmart Stores Hit with Huge Fine Over Pricing Violations

A judge appears to have had it with two Kmart stores in New York's Westchester County. The two stores, which have been fined 21 times for failing to provide unit pricing on items over the past seven years, were hit with a $1.5 million penalty by an administrative law judge.
