Kohl's can't keep former CIO from joining Saks' parent

A Wisconsin judge ruled that Kohl's was unable to prove that a non-compete clause signed by former CIO Janet Schalk would hold up under state law. As a result, Ms. Schalk is free to join Hudson's Bay Co.
