Kroger CEO says it will go to court to get Albertsons deal done if necessary

Kroger CEO Rodney McMullen said the supermarket giant is set to go to court to complete its merger deal with Albertsons. "Usually you wouldn't commit in advance to litigate," said Mr. McMulen. "In this case we both committed to litigate in advance."
