Kroger paying $68 million to settle WV opioid suit

Kroger has agreed to pay $68 million to settle a lawsuit brought by West Virginia against the company for its role in that state's opioid crisis. CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens and Walmart previously settled with the state, which has collected more than $1 billion.
