Kroger's payroll mistakes have led to unhappy associates and lawsuits

Kroger accidentally paid 50 bakery managers too big a bonus based on its store incentive program and is asking the workers to repay the overpayment over time. The grocer has experienced other payroll issues that have led to workers in five states filing four lawsuits against the employer. Kroger has said it acted in good faith and sought to remedy any errors.
