Labor Metric from Kronos Indicates Just-in-Time Hiring During Holidays

Workforce management firm Kronos released the January report of its Retail Labor Index and said that holiday season hiring had spiked dramatically in November and December to a much larger degree than in previous years, as retailers presumably used technology to adopt more just-in-time labor strategies.
