Bed Bath & Beyond is shuttering 400 stores as it seeks ways to remain viable. Landlords for shopping centers housing the former Bed Bath & Beyond stores are finding plenty of takers for the space as HomeGoods, Ross, TJ Maxx and others open new locations.
